Enrollment Procedure

We accommodate applicants who are interested in the following tracks and strands:
I. Technology-Vocational Livelihood Track (TVL)
     a. Information Communication Technology (ICT)
              1. Programming
              2. Computer System Servicing
     b. Home Economics (HE)
II. Academic Track
       a. Humanities and Social Sciences (HumSS)
       b. Science and Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM)
       c. General Academic Strand (GAS)
III. Arts and Design Track

To enroll, kindly follow the steps below.

01.

Provide original and photocopy of each of the following documents:

1. Birth certificate (PSA copy)

2. School Form 9 (Report card)

3. 1x1 picture (white background, formal attire)

4. Completion Certificate

5. Good Moral Certificate

6. School Form 10 (Permanent Record)

02.

If you have already secured the copies, proceed to the registrar's office for the checking and submission of requirements.

03.

If done with the assessment, you may now fill out the Enrollment Registration Form (ERF) for sectioning and filing of data.

We shall process your admission and update you with our final decision within five (5) working days.
