Cielito Zamora Senior High students awaits for the ongoing construction of the news building given by the Department of Education to solve the problem in the old building that has been flooded during the rainy season.
DPWH, the one in-charge of the started the construction of the new building on December 19, 2017 with the provision of the Department of Education with the estimated cost worth P18, 587, 868.71 and is expected to be fully furnished in December 2018.
This four story building with eight classrooms is in the preparation of the STEM strand that will be opened by the next school year 2019-2020 and for other students in the old building to be transferred herein.
Caloocan City Mayor Oscar “Oca” Malapitan led the construction of some chosen and proposed school buildings including the Cielito Zamora Senior High School. Mayor Oscar “Oca” Malapitan said that with the new buildings and facilities, he is hoping that the school would be conductive to learning for the students. The Mayor said that many other infrastructure projects are being constructed for the benefit of the residents of Caloocan City.
